How do I download the files I have purchased from you?
After you order a digital resource, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a link to download the resource. Be sure to download it to your computer. Our resources are way too awesome big for tablets and smartphones. Check your Spam (Junk, Other, Promotions) folders to make sure your download didn’t get lost in the shuffle if you haven’t seen that email yet.
Where is my download link?
The email address you provided during checkout is where the order confirmation email is sent. Your order confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order is placed and contains the link to any digital resources that you have ordered. You might also find the download link in a separate email. Please make sure to also check the Spam/Junk folder of your email account in case it landed there.
I am having trouble printing. What should I do?
While working with customers we have discovered that almost allour printing issues are due to using a different PDF reader other than AdobeAcrobat PDF Reader which is free and the most universal PDF reader. Oncedownloaded almost all issues are immediately solved.
If you are finding that margins are being cut off in theprinting process, simply check the box “fit” in the Adobe printer dialoguebox.
If you are already using Adobe and your file won’t print orspecific pages in the file won’t print, then don’t worry. This is a problem within Adobe and Adobe hasan easy fix for you:
• Click the File menu at the top left in Adobe andthen click Print. This will pull up theAdobe print screen.
• From the Adobe print screen click the “advanced”button.
• Then check the box that says “print as image”.
• Then print.
This usually fixes most issues within Adobe and will beworth a try even if you are experiencing a different type of problem. You could also open the PDF in your web browser and print itfrom there if you don’t want to change the “print as image” setting in Adobe. If you are still having issues, please contact us.
Can you create a printout/product for me, or can I have you customize or alter one of your existing products to fit my needs?
Occasionally, we say yes to custom work and alterations. Normally, it involves an extra fee. Please email us about what you have in mind, and we will go from there.
How to open a .zip file
Opening a .ZIP file is as easy as pie. Imagine a .ZIP file like a magic bag that can hold a bunch of other files inside. To open it up and see what's inside, you'll need to follow these steps:
1) Find the .ZIP File: First off, locate the .ZIP file on your computer. It might look like a folder with a zipper on it.
2) Double-Click it: Just like you'd open a regular folder by double-clicking, do the same with the .ZIP file. Your computer will work its magic.
3) Ta-da! Unzipped: Once you've double-clicked, the .ZIP file will "unzip" itself. It's like the zipper getting pulled down, and all the files inside will spill out.
4) Check Inside: Now you can see all the files that were tucked away in the .ZIP bag. You can copy, move, or use these files just like you would with any other files on your computer.
And that's it! You've cracked open the .ZIP file and revealed its hidden treasures. Easy-peasy!
What am I allowed to do with my download?
I notice you have physical and digital options for some products. What is the difference?
How long will my order take?
When it comes to your order, the timing depends on whether it's a digital or physical one. Good news for digital orders – they're ready to roll as soon as you hit that "place order" button! Instant download goodness right there.
For physical orders, we're on it! If you ordered during the day, it'll head out the same day or latest, the next business day. Keep an eye on your inbox – we'll shoot you an email with a tracking number once it's on its way. So, whether it's pixels or packages, we've got you covered!
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Contact us right away and let us know the CORRECT address.Because we process, pack and ship orders right away, the sooner you contact us,the greater the chance that we will be able to modify the address. If your order gets sent to the wrong address, email us at email@example.com discuss return and reorder options.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Because of their digital nature, all purchases of downloadable items are final. No returns or refunds are available. We provide detailed descriptions, pictures, and digital flipbooks on all our book product pages so you can see the inside of each book and know exactly what you are getting before you buy. All physical product sales are also final. However, if your order arrived damaged or didn’t arrive at all, please let us know and we will send a replacement.
